The Journey of a First Draft
A 2020 lockdown project that is finally getting somewhere!
One year, thirty chapters, 82,854 words later, I have officially reached my first milestone as an author: a completed first draft.
When I started this journey in 2020, I didn’t even know that first drafts were a thing.
I find now is the perfect time to celebrate with some reflection and lessons learned along the way.
